Thank you for shopping at Gravity Player. We currently ship to the United States only. Please read below for details on how we ship your orders.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
2. Shipping Origins & Delivery Time
We ship from two locations depending on product availability — our U.S. warehouse and our China warehouse. Both options deliver to your door with an average delivery time of approximately 15 business days from the date of shipment.

3. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States. Any expedited or express shipping options, if available, will be shown at checkout with applicable fees.
4. Customs & Import
For orders shipped from China, packages may pass through U.S. customs. We declare all shipments in compliance with U.S. import regulations. In most cases, no additional duties or taxes are charged to the customer for standard consumer goods. However, if customs fees are assessed, they are the responsibility of the recipient.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update, especially for orders shipped from China as the package clears international transit.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within 25 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Gravity Player is not responsible for delays caused by U.S. customs, carrier disruptions, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
7. Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately. We can only make changes before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages.
